To advance common-sense, evidence-based policies that improve health outcomes for all Americans by working directly with policymakers, the private sector, and local communities.

Commission
Establishing the Make America Healthy Again Commission
In February 2025, President Donald J. Trump signed the Make America Healthy Again Executive Order, creating the MAHA Commission to address America’s growing childhood chronic disease crisis.
Commission Leadership:
Chair: U.S. Health & Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr
Federal agency leaders including USDA, FDA, OMB, and NIH.
Commission Mandate:
Within 100 Days: Submit a Make Our Children Healthy Again Assessment, identifying contributing factors to chronic disease and evaluating existing programs.
Within 180 Days: Deliver a comprehensive strategy to restructure the federal response to childhood chronic disease, eliminating harmful practices and introducing effective new solutions.
